Nils I. Øyo has been Head of Operations at MEDICA since 2023. In his more than 25-year professional career in the life science industry, the business graduate was, among other things, co-founder of the PharmaTech start-up obviotec, CEO of Synlab Suisse, Director of Octapharma Switzerland, as well as Business Unit Head and Six Sigma Black Belt at 3M Health Care Europe. He is a board member of the Health Tech Cluster Switzerland and director on the board of a Swiss MedTech company.
