You acknowledge and agree that

• MEDICA Medizinische Laboratorien AG makes your reports available by electronic means;
• the results of a report do not constitute a diagnosis without medical interpretation and that the doctor must be consulted for a diagnosis;
• the hyperlink to your report is valid for 20 days after which you cannot electronically access the report anymore;
• MEDICA Medizinische Laboratorien AG may temporarily or permanently deactivate the service or cease its operation at any time without giving reasons and without prior notice;
• MEDICA Medizinische Laboratorien AG is not obliged to provide support, servicing or maintenance services;
• once the document has been opened or stored outside the platform, you alone are responsible for data processing and that MEDICA Medizinische Laboratorien AG accepts no liability;
• when opening or downloading documents electronically available, a copy may be made on your electronic devices and that this copy may also be viewed without additional password protection;
• MEDICA Medizinische Laboratorien AG takes all reasonable and appropriate precautions to protect your data, but that your devices are beyond MEDICA Medizinische Laboratorien AG’s control and that you are responsible for the security of your devices and the security of your data;
• MEDICA Medizinische Laboratorien AG excludes any liability;
• MEDICA Medizinische Laboratorien AG may amend or modify these terms of use at any time;
• Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland; Swiss law is applicable.
