Maintaining personal and professional contact with our customers is very important to us and is what sets us apart. Our team of customer advisers, doctors, laboratory technicians, IT specialists and medical practice assistants ensure that you as a customer are never left to deal with your quandaries alone.

Each year, we also run a series of practice-oriented advanced training courses for our customers’ practice staff, as well as internships for BMA HF college students studying to become biomedical analysts at colleges of Professional and Educational Training (PET).
