After achieving a degree in chemistry, specialising in analytical and organic chemistry, at ETH Zurich, Dr Rolf Dietiker gained extensive experience with fundamental instrument developments in both organic and inorganic mass spectrometry (ESIMS, gas phase chemistry, ICPMS) while completing his doctorate and as a postdoc. This also included simulation calculations, advanced signal evaluation and control programs. He has been modernising our Special Analytics Department and greatly expanding the portfolio since 2012.
