Dr Barbara-Christina Padberg Sgier undertook her specialist medical training in Germany. After serving as a consultant and as director of the cytopathology department at the University Hospital of Zurich for several years, she worked as a senior physician for the Cantonal Institute of Pathology in Chur, Aarau and St. Gallen, and for the last two years has been employed at a private institute in Zurich. She reinforces the team with her specialist knowledge of cytology, gynecopathology and endocrine pathology.
